Armed attackers have stormed Hotel Star-e-Naw in a posh neighborhood in downtown Kabul.

Armed attackers have stormed Hotel Star-e-Naw in a posh locality of Kabul, Afghanistan today.

The hotel is called Chinese hotel as its frequented by senior Chinese officials.

So far, identity of the attackers is unknown however loud gunfire & blasts are heard from the premises.

Taliban Security officials confirmed that unknown number of attackers stormed the building immediately after a party of Chinese officials & other prominent personalities was over today afternoon.

Fatalities may rise.

Taliban soldiers have reached the place & operation underway.
